Patricia Byram was born in Summit, New Jersey in 1934. Currently living in Vero Beach, Florida, Patricia is inspired by the numerous equine activities that take place around her. She is self taught, and has attended workshops by noted instructors Fay Moore, Sam Savitt, Don Andrews, Frank Webb and Sue Archer.

Patricia is a Signature Member of the Florida Watercolor Society and Associate Member of the American Academy of Equine Art. She has exhibited at Windsor Polo, Vero Beach; Backus Gallery, Ft. Pierce, Florida; Art by the Sea, Vero Beach; Arts Fest, Stuart, Florida; the Florida Watercolor Society; the Kentucky Horse Park, Lexington, Kentucky; and the National Sporting Library, Middleburg, Virginia.
